The first thing I would want my clients to know about me is that I sincerely care about them, their real estate needs, and the role I play in helping them locate, negotiate, and close the purchase or sale of their home. I get it — your home is more than just bricks and mortar. It’s where you raise your family, celebrate holidays, and feel the most secure.

The National Association of Realtors’ annual survey consistently reflects that Buyers and Seller’s No. 1 dissatisfaction with their agent is “broken promises”.

As a Realtor I promise to maintain an open line of communication and address your issues and concerns promptly.  I won’t let my Buyers settle for a home they “like”, it must be a home they are completely satisfied with no matter how long it takes.

When working with Sellers I cannot GUARANTEE you the quick and smooth sale of your home but I can PROMISE you a unique marketing experience.  Exposure of your property to the market is paramount.  My marketing plan is heavily pointed to the Internet and the very latest technology tools and techniques.

I don’t make promises I don’t intend to keep.  I’m a Broker Associate and have been in Real Estate for over 10 years.
